ART, SCIENCE & SOUL
A holistic approach.
We help individuals and teams find their own unique rhythm - their own way to be and move in the world.
This is the art of change - where personal and professional lives aren’t just balanced, they are harmonised. We blend the rigour of academic research in psychology and expertise in organisational change with our training in classical music, creative thinking, mindfulness and advanced counselling, psychotherapy and coaching techniques.
We believe your life, work and relationships should light you up, not wear you down.

For over 25 years, I’ve worked inside the engine rooms of Australian businesses—across the arts, engineering and finance—leading change, navigating complexity and delivering strategy. Along the way, I noticed something: the best of us — our connection, imagination, playfulness and cooperation—was often sidelined in the race toward productivity and efficiency.
It left me wondering if there was a better way—one that balances logic with imagination, responsibility with possibility and ambition with belonging.
Today, as a coach, counsellor and facilitator, I create psychologically safe spaces where care, courage and creativity strengthen relational intelligence. This allows people to explore what is really going on personally and professionally. My approach blends psychological insight with evidence-based research, and lived experience.
I work with professionals who appear successful yet feel stretched thin, disconnected in their relationships, or quietly questioning their direction. I also partner with leaders and teams who are navigating churn, interpersonal conflict or culture change.
Together, we move from tension and uncertainty to clarity, confidence and meaningful connection—building lives and workplaces where people feel aligned, capable and genuinely supported.

Counselling and Coaching are conversations where we explore the territory of your life. By exploring, with curiosity, it becomes clearer the areas of your life which need attention. With compassionate attention, so we learn better ways of moving through the world. I help you re-find your flow.
I bring a variety of methods that I have studied over the course of the past 20 years. My primary method is called Communicative Musicality, a model I devised during my post-doctoral studies in the Psychology Department at the University of Edinburgh and which I have continued to write about and lecture on. At its heart, it is a model based around the wisdom of our nervous system which knows how to move with intuitive grace in thinking, feeling and acting. None of us want to suffer. But as we adapt to the difficulties we encounter in our life, so the rhythm and melody of our life can cease to flow as easily as it used to. Through the right sorts of conversations we can re-find our music.
